Advocate Siddhant Singh
Founder of Satyavanee Law Firm, Advocate Siddhant Singh practises before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi/NCR and various Tribunals and Regulatory Bodies.
Prior to establishing independent practice, Advocate Singh worked closely with distinguished Senior Advocates, Advocates-on-Record, judicial clerkship and former law officers, gaining substantial exposure to matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and various tribunals.
Advocate Ajit Anekar
Advocate Ajit Anekar is the Off Counsel (OC) of Satyavanee Law Firm, bringing with him an extensive legal practice spanning over two and a half decades. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra in 1999 (Enrolment No. MAH/4307/1999), Advocate Anekar has built a distinguished career across some of the most demanding forums in Indian law including the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Bombay, the Delhi High Court, and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
Over the course of his practice, Advocate Ajit Anekar has developed deep expertise in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, representing clients across complex domestic arbitrations involving commercial, civil, and contractual disputes. At Satyavanee Law Firm, he brings this depth of experience to bear, anchoring the firm's arbitration, civil, and appellate practice.

Dipanshu Meena
Dipanshu Meena brings a litigation-driven perspective to a practice spanning banking, commercial, and regulatory disputes. His courtroom experience across commercial suits, arbitration, and specialised tribunals gives him a practical, outcome-focused approach — one shaped by seeing how disputes actually unfold and where they most often originate.
He currently handles matters before the NCLT, NGT, CAT, and DRT, alongside commercial suit litigation, arbitration proceedings, and criminal matters under the NDPS Act. His practice also extends to consumer protection and labour disputes, giving him a wide-angle view of how regulatory, financial, and employment-related risks intersect for clients.
Vinay Kumar Singh
Vinay Kumar Singh specializes in appellate advocacy before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialized Tribunals, offering strategic counsel and representation across complex criminal law, economic offenses, environmental regulations, and constitutional civil disputes.
His trial and appellate practice encompasses high-stakes criminal defense, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and statutory compliance under key financial and anti-corruption statutes, specifically the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Prevention of Corruption Act (PC Act).
Additionally, he handles regulatory litigation before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) involving environmental clearances and waste management compliance, alongside property, partition, and constitutional writ matters.
Shreela Singh
Shreela Singh combines litigation experience in commercial, contractual, employment, and labour disputes with an advisory practice spanning cross-border and commercial matters. She currently advises clients across e-commerce, retail, pharmaceuticals, energy, construction, and shipping on commercial agreements.
Her transactional practice centres on commercial contract drafting and negotiation spanning manufacturing, distribution, vendor, and trade agreements with particular attention to risk allocation, indemnity, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution frameworks.
Shreela also advises on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters, including international supply and trade compliance, and jurisdictional risk relating to governing law and arbitration.
She also has research experience in competition law with a focus on the regulation of technology companies and data protection.

Satyavanee Law Firm was established with a clear and deliberate purpose to build a practice that combines the rigour of appellate litigation with the depth of advisory and transactional work, and to do so with integrity at the core of everything we do.
The firm brings together advocates with practice experience spanning the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Bombay, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals and regulatory bodies combining decades of collective experience across civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, and regulatory practice.
